Lynette Sheppard has been an educator of the Enneagram across the United States and Canada for the last ten years. She is certified to teach the Enneagram in the Oral Tradition by best-selling author Helen Palmer. Sheppard’s audiences run the gamut from corporate executives to professional speakers to military officers. She is a repeat instructor at the prestigious Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, joining such notables as Charles Dwyer and Stephen Covey.

She and her husband Dewitt Jones divide their time between Petaluma, California, and Molokai, Hawaii. She has two adult children.
